PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Tovotkine offers physical goods, including made-to-order and print-on-demand products. Because print-on-demand items are produced specifically for you after purchase, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange except as required by law or as outlined in our Refund Policy. Product colors, textures, sizing, and overall appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and production methods.

Digital products, including downloadable files, templates, graphics, and other digital assets, are delivered electronically. All digital sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use digital products unless otherwise stated. Digital products may not be resold, redistributed or shared in any form.

We also provide design and development services, including web design, web development, graphic design, branding, and related visual assets. Deliverables, timelines, scope, revisions, and pricing will be defined in a written agreement, proposal, invoice, or project brief. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, sales, or revenue as a result of services rendered.

ORDERS & BOOKINGS

Placing an order or booking a service constitutes an offer to purchase. Tovotkine reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel orders or service requests at our discretion. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and acceptance communicated. Once accepted, cancellations may not be possible. Service deposits or full payments may be non-refundable as outlined in your service agreement and Refund Policy.

PRICING & BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, customs, or handling fees unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Tovotkine is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once your order is handed over to the carrier.

FEEDBACK

When you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, plans, or other content (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant Tovotkine a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display your Feedback for any purpose, including commercial purposes. All content on the Services, including text, images, designs, graphics, logos, videos, digital products, and service deliverables, is owned by or licensed to Tovotkine and protected by intellectual property laws.

Occasionally, information on our Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. Tovotkine reserves the right to correct errors, change information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

All digital products are licensed for personal use only. Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal penalties.

Tovotkine’s total liability, regardless of the nature of the claim, is limited to fifty dollars ($50). Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our Services or products is to stop using them.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tovotkine and associated service providers from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
