What services do you offer?
We develop fully functional, ready-to-launch (every type of)websites. From initial concept to final deployment, we handle every step of the process to ensure your site is live, user-ready, Google-friendly and monetizable. Once the project is complete, all that’s left for you to do is add your content, no technical setup or troubleshooting required.
Do you provide website hosting?
As freelancers, we do not provide hosting services directly or purchase hosting on your behalf. However, you're welcome to secure your domain and hosting before contacting us — or reach out first, and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process. We also offer helpful guides on our website to walk you through choosing the right hosting provider.
What if something breaks on my site later?
You’re always welcome to reach out for help, or check out our support articles for troubleshooting tips and step-by-step guidance.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance or updates?
Yes, we provide 30 days of free support after the website is delivered to ensure everything runs smoothly and to help with any minor adjustments or questions.
If you’d like continued support or regular maintenance beyond that, we also offer extended support plans. While most clients typically won't need that, we're always here if you need us.
Do you offer training on how to use my website?
While we don’t offer live or one-on-one training sessions, we’ve created a collection of easy-to-follow guides and articles to help you manage your website. If you ever feel stuck, you’re always welcome to reach out with questions.
Will I be able to edit the website myself after it's launched?
Yes, you’ll be able to update and edit your website content after it’s launched. We typically build sites using user-friendly platforms which make it easy for non-technical users to manage content. However, we do not recommend it as this can unintentionally break parts of the site.
